KAREDA is never operating directly through itself. Whether we are doing exploration or planning to acquire a producing asset we are setting up a special purpose vehicle (SPV). Each project will have its own SPV. This allows investors do gain direct access to the opportunities they like most.

KAREDA takes a minority interest alongside the financial sponsor.

The proposed business model can accommodate a wide range of financial backers, from direct placements to private equity. It also gives the core entity flexibility in terms of the final outcome of each single project.
